Full-featured real estate portal with geolocation search for Santa Catarina
The Challenge
The platform needed to manage tens of thousands of property listings across Santa Catarina with geographic radius search and complex property filters. The old interface was slow, mobile-unfriendly, and had no map integration, forcing users to consult external services to view property locations. Lead management for potential buyers was also manual and disorganized.
The Solution
We built a full-stack real estate portal with a modern Next.js frontend and MySQL database, featuring geographic radius search and advanced property filters. We integrated interactive maps with property clusters and a built-in lead management system for real estate agents.
